ERC CoG Interviewtrainings by KoWi (1-12 Sept 2025) – registration opens on 9 July 2025

The National Contact Point European Research Council (NCP ERC) offers small group trainings simulating the ERC interview situation for applicants of ERC Consolidator grants.
Registrations opens on 9 July 2025 at 10:00h! These interview trainings are highly sought-after and slots usually book out very fast. Slots are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis so you need to be quick if you want to book a slot. To register for one of the sessions please carefully read the instructions (there are two different registration systems!) on the homepage and use the respective registration links.
Read more: ERC CoG Interviewtrainings by KoWi (1-12 Sept 2025) – registration opens on 9 July 2025Each candidate will have about 30 minutes during the training session, in which you will present your project ideas according to the respective panel guidelines and engage in a brief Q&A session. You will receive feedback from the trainer, a representative of the NCP ERC, and the other participants, who will act as a mock panel during the Q&A simulation.
The group size is limited to 6 participants per session. Participants should have previously attended Part I of the general preparation training. The dates are primarily intended for ERC Consolidator Grant candidates with a German host institution who have been invited to the interview and do not have the opportunity to attend a training session at their institution. If you are already able to receive individual coaching elsewhere, we ask that you make use of that opportunity and leave the NCP ERC trainings for colleagues who do not have this option. Participation in the small group training (Part II) is limited to one session. Therefore, we ask that you only register for one training date.
All trainings will be conducted online in English via Webex. The trainings are free of charge. Registration is based on a “first come, first served” principle. Please note that two different registration systems will be used, and double registrations will be checked.
