GMP Academy: GxP courses and LEAN Coffee Info Events (spring/summer 2026)
The GMP Academy is offering virtual GxP courses in the upcoming months (see below) as well as the bimonthly new format “LEAN Coffee” – an information event with various guests and different GMP-related topics that are relevant for students/graduates in life sciences. GxP courses in spring and summer 2026 (in German and English):
- Good Clinical Practice – GCP (in English): 21-22 Apr 2026
- Good Laboratory Practice – GLP (in German): 6-10 May 2026
- Good Manufacturing Practice – GMP Grundlagenkurs (in German): 29 June – 3 July 2026
- Good Manufacturing Practice – GMP basic course (in English): 21 – 25 Sept 2026
The registration fee for each course depends on your current status. Discounts are granted for enrolled (PhD) students as well as early-bird registrations. Most participants should be able to reclaim the course fees from the tax balance. All participants receive a course certificate after successful completion of an online exam.
What is GMP and why should I attend the course?
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) offers guidelines for quality assurance in the production of pharmaceuticals. Knowledge of GMP is often a crucial requirement when applying for industry jobs, especially in the pharmaceutical sector.
The GMP basic course focusses on topics that will be applicable at an industry position. GMP Academy cooperates directly with well-known companies of the Life Science sector. Participants get the chance to get into contact with prospective employers.
