Online course: Open access publishing for doctoral students
A new online course in English is now published by the team of open-access.network: “Open Access Publishing for Doctoral Students”. The course is designed for doctoral students finishing their dissertations in Germany, as well as for those who work in publication consulting. You’ll discover the advantages of open access publishing and different forms of dissertations. You’ll be able to grasp what you must pay attention to when publishing, including choosing the right licenses, securing funding and finding a suitable journal as well as a publisher.
The course can be found here: https://service.tib.eu/toern/course/view.php?id=53. All of their courses are freely accessible and available under a CC BY license. For technical reasons, those who wish to receive a certificate of participation must register on the TOERN platform (https://service.tib.eu/toern) and enroll in the course.
