The brand new teaching qualification programme ELEVATE (starting in June 2026) offers specific impulses and support for your academic teaching development. The topics we will address range from planning a course session to creating an encouraging classroom atmosphere and dealing with barriers that could hinder processes of teaching and learning.
Running completely in English ELEVATE provides a compact introduction into teaching and learning for international academics of all experience levels.
As a participant, you will:
- develop your understanding of how teaching and learning works;
- extend your range of methods for teaching, learning, and assessment;
- develop a personal teaching statement that reflects your approach to teaching.

Don’t worry, the Hochschuldidaktik also has offers for you: The two-semester Zertifikatsprogramm Hochschuldidaktik (Starting in October 2026) or a collection of individual workshops that will be offered during the summer term 2026.
