Lower Saxony Impulse Professorship (apply by 1 June 2025)
The Lower Saxony Impulse Professorship addresses high-performing academics approaching the end of their early career phase (max. 10 years after completion of PhD). The goal is to support universities in the state of Lower Saxony in their efforts to attract and retain early career researchers and consolidate Lower Saxony as a science location. The funding is intended to increase their promising career potential and boost their potential for future leadership roles.
Funding amounts up to 2 million EUR for up to 5 years.
