1st Göttingen Cognition Forum “Curiosity & Interaction” (register until 15 Sep 2025)

The first Göttingen Cognition Forum 2025, taking place from 13 – 15 October 2025, focuses on how social and physical interactions shape cognition in humans and non-human animals. Addressing this topic requires interdisciplinary perspectives – from neuroscience and behavioral biology to psychology and computational modeling.
The forum provides a platform for discussing neurocognitive mechanisms, psychological processes, and biological and evolutionary viewpoints, aiming to bridge gaps across disciplines.
Participation is free of charge.
Registration deadline: 15 September 2025
Confirmed plenary speakers:
- Jacqueline Gottlieb
- Bahador Bahrami
- Judith Burkart
- Steve Chang
- Nachum Ulanovsky
- Agostina Palmigiano
The two-day main symposium will be followed by a satellite event on Computational Neuroscience. Contributions from empirical, theoretical, and clinical perspectives are welcome, including work on neurodivergence, methodological innovation, and AI.
