3rd International Plant Immunity Symposium (28 Aug 2024)
The IRTG 2172 PRoTECT invites you to the 3rd International Plant Immunity Symposium (IPIS 2024). The symposium takes place from Monday, 26 August 2024, to Wednesday, 28 August 2024, in Göttingen, Germany. Additionally, the first two days of the symposium will feature poster sessions.
The organizers aim to provide a platform for engaging discussions on enhancing plant resilience against various stressors and the opportunity to connect with postgraduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and eminent scientists from around the world. IPIS 2024 will cover a wide range of topics related to plant-microbe interactions, plant signaling, effector biology, fungal pathogenesis, secondary metabolites, and the impact of parasitic plants on host plant immunity.
They especially extend an invitation to graduate students worldwide actively involved in plant immune biology to participate in the event. The organizers encourage them to showcase cutting-edge and innovative plant biology research and to foster enriching discussions during the symposium. Participation without a poster is welcome!
