Exhibition “Like magic! How our world organizes itself” at Forum Wissen (28 Aug 2025 – 1 Feb 2026)
The special exhibition “Like magic! How our world organizes itself” had its opening on 28 August 2025 at Forum Wissen. Until 1 February 2026 you can explore dynamics and self-organization in nature and observe a 3D simulation of cells, experience turbulent currents and experiments on a model wind farm trying to find the best position of the wind turbines.
The interactive exhibition is based on current research findings from the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics and Self-Organization (MPI-DS) in Göttingen, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year. The exhibition makes complex phenomena clear and understandable – from molecular cell processes to atmospheric movement patterns.
