Die Universität Göttingen hat das Projekt „Website Relaunch“ gestartet. In einer ersten Informationsveranstaltung stellt das Projektteam die einzelnen Phasen und Ziele sowie die Zeit- und Prozessplanung für die Umsetzung des neuen Internetauftritts vor. Die Veranstaltung findet am Donnerstag, 24. April 2025, von 12 bis 13 Uhr im Tagungs- und Veranstaltungshaus Alte Mensa, Adam-von-Trott-Saal, statt.
Seit der Einführung des GCMS vor rund 20 Jahren hat sich die Nutzung unserer Webseite durch die verschiedenen User-Gruppen erheblich verändert. Mit der Einführung eines neuen Content-Management-Systems (CMS) für die Universität Göttingen soll ein zeitgemäßer, technisch zukunftsfähiger und nutzerfreundlicher Web-Auftritt neu aufgesetzt werden. In der Kick-Off-Veranstaltung möchten wir einen ersten Einblick in das Projekt bieten und zugleich die Möglichkeit eröffnen, Fragen zu stellen und Anregungen zu teilen.
Gleichzeitig startet das Kernteam einen Projekt-Blog, mit dem es regelmäßig über den Stand des Projekts informiert und dazu einlädt, sich außerhalb der Arbeitsgruppen zum neuen Webauftritt zu beteiligen.

The University of Göttingen has started its website relaunch. In an initial information event, the project team will present the individual phases and goals as well as the time and process planning for the implementation of the new website. The event takes place on Thursday, 24 April 2025, from 12:00 to 13:00 in the Adam-von-Trott-Saal of the Alte Mensa on Wilhelmsplatz.
Since the introduction of the GCMS around 20 years ago, the use of our website by the various user groups has changed considerably. With the introduction of a new content management system (CMS) for the University of Göttingen, a contemporary, technically future-proof and user-friendly website is to be relaunched. In the kick-off event, we would like to offer a first insight into the project and at the same time give you the opportunity to ask questions and share suggestions.
At the same time, the core team is launching a project blog (in German) to provide regular updates on the status of the project and invite people to get involved outside the working groups on the new website.
