Zertifikatsprogramm Hochschuldidaktik / Certificate Program Teaching and Learning in Higher Education
Das Zertifikatsprogramm Hochschuldidaktik bietet Lehrenden der Universität Göttingen im Sommersemester 2026 die Möglichkeit, sich über einen Zeitraum von zirka zwei Semestern mit den Bereichen Lehren und Lernen, Kommunizieren und Präsentieren, Prüfen und Beraten zu beschäftigen.
In einer interdisziplinären, festen Gruppe von zwölf Personen profitieren die Teilnehmenden vom intensiven kollegialen Austausch in den interaktiven Workshops, den kollegialen Beratungsgesprächen und Lehrhospitationen. Zudem erhalten sie Informationen zum Stand der wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnis in der Lehr-Lernforschung durch das Hochschuldidaktik-Team. Das Zertifikatsprogramm ist akkreditiert. Wer es erfolgreich absolviert hat, erhält ein Zertifikat, das lebenslaufwirksam zum Nachweis der pädagogischen Eignung für weitere akademische Stellen eingesetzt werden kann.
Das Programm startet am 19. März 2026. Anmeldeschluss ist der 21. Februar 2026.

Certificate Program Teaching and Learning in Higher Education
The accredited Certificate Program ‘Teaching and Learning in Higher Education’ (Hochschuldidaktik) will offer teaching scientists at the University of Göttingen the opportunity to study basic theories and concepts of academic (and adult) teaching and learning, communicating and presenting, assessing and advising. The program takes approx. 2 semesters and starts again on 19 and 20 March, 2026. Participants benefit not only from the intensive exchange of experiences, from peer-to-peer consultations and teaching observations, but also from the information provided by the Hochschuldidaktik-Team on the state of art in the field of academic and adult teaching and learning. The course language is German and the course is conversation heavy, however written assignments can be handed in in English. Upon successful completion of the program, participants receive a certificate that can be used in application processes for other academic positions.
