Um die Ergebnisse der ersten Phase des Projekts „Pro.Admin – ein Changemanagement für die Zentralverwaltung und zentralen Einrichtungen“ der Universitätsöffentlichkeit vorzustellen und in ein offenes Gespräch zu kommen, werden die bislang erarbeiteten Konzepte in den Bereichen der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation sowie der Steuerung am Dienstag, 22. August 2023, in einem „Townhall Meeting“ erläutert.
Alle Mitarbeiter*innen der Universität sind herzlich eingeladen und haben im Anschluss an die Präsentation die Möglichkeit, Fragen zu stellen. Die Townhall findet von 9 bis 10.30 Uhr statt, der Ort wird noch bekanntgegeben. Eine weitere Erinnerung folgt zu gegebener Zeit. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht erforderlich.
In der zwölfwöchigen Analysephase des Projekts (Phase I) hat sich die Boston Consulting Group (BCG) einen breiten Überblick über die Zentralverwaltung und einige zentrale Einrichtungen der Universität verschafft sowie zahlreiche Interviews, Umfragen und Workshops durchgeführt. Das hieraus resultierende Grobzielbild, das die Veränderungsvorschläge des Berater*innenteams umfasst, wird derzeit in verschiedenen Gremien vorgestellt und diskutiert. In dieser Zeit ruht das Projekt. Die BCG wird mit Start der Projektphase II am 4. September 2023 die Arbeit wiedermaufnehmen. Dann werden die Ergebnisse des universitären Austauschs bewertet und das Grobzielbild gegebenenfalls weiter differenziert und in ein sogenanntes Feinzielbild überführt. Die Feinzielbildbestimmung wird in enger Abstimmung und unter Beteiligung der betroffenen Bereiche erfolgen.

In order to present the results of the first phase of the project „Pro.Admin – change management for the central administration and central facilities“ to the University and to enter into an open dialogue, the concepts developed so far in the areas of structural and process organisation as well as governance will be explained in an open „town hall” Meeting on Tuesday 22 August 2023.
All staff at the University are cordially invited and will have the opportunity to ask questions after the presentation. The meeting will take place from 9:00 to 10:30, venue to be announced. A reminder will follow in due course. Registration is not required.
During the twelve-week analysis phase of the project (Phase I), the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) obtained a broad overview of the central administration and some of the University’s central institutions and conducted numerous interviews, surveys and workshops. The resulting Grobzielbild or “rough target image”, which includes the consultant team’s proposals for change, is currently being presented and discussed in various committees. During this time, the project will be suspended. The BCG will resume work with the start of project Phase II on 4 September 2023. The results of the University exchange will then be evaluated and, if necessary, the rough target image will be further differentiated and transformed into a more detailed target picture (Feinzielbild). The more detailed target picture will be determined in close consultation and with the participation of the affected areas.
