Sommerfest für Mitarbeiter*innen: Bändchenausgabe im ZHG und in der Fakultät für Physik / Summer Party for employees: get your wristbands at the ZHG and the Faculty of Physics
Alle diejenigen, die sich für das Sommerfest am Donnerstag, 1. Juni 2023, angemeldet haben, können sich schon diese Woche ab Donnerstag um die Mittagszeit ihre Verpflegungsbändchen abholen.
Die Ausgabestellen im Foyer des Zentralen Hörsaalgebäudes vor dem Hörsaal 011 und neben der Pforte im Foyer der Fakultät für Physik sind am Donnerstag und Freitag vor Pfingsten (25. und 26. Mai) sowie am Dienstag und Mittwoch nach Pfingsten (30. und 31. Mai) von 12 bis 14 Uhr geöffnet. Bitte bringen Sie Ihren Mitarbeiter*innen-Ausweis oder ihre ausgedruckte Anmeldebestätigung mit.
Alle geplanten Turniere finden statt, Restplätze können aber diese Woche noch gebucht werden.

All those who have registered for the Summer Party on Thursday, 1 June 2023, can pick up their catering wristbands this week starting Thursday at noon. The distribution points in the foyer of the Central Lecture Hall Building (ZHG) in front of Lecture Hall ZHG 011 and next to the gate in the foyer of the Faculty of Physics will be open on Thursday and Friday before Pentecost (25 and 26 May) and on Tuesday and Wednesday after Pentecost (30 and 31 May) from 12:00 noon to 14:00. Please bring your employee ID card or your printed registration confirmation.
All scheduled tournaments will take place, but remaining spots can still be booked this week.
