Am Mittwoch, 1. April 2026, haben alle Angehörigen der Universität Göttingen wieder die Möglichkeit, Forellen aus der Fischanlage auf dem Versuchsgut Relliehause zu kaufen. Von 10 bis 11.30 Uhr sind im Eingangsbereich des Zentralverwaltungsgebäudes Goßlerstraße 5/7 geräuchterte und frische Forellen erhältlich. Eine Vorbestellung ist nicht notwendig.
Die Forellen wiegen zwischen 300 und 450 Gramm und werden einzeln sowie im Zweier- und im Dreierpack angeboten. Die geräucherten Forellen kosten 18 Euro pro Kilogramm, die frischen Forellen 11 Euro pro Kilogramm. Auf dem Versuchsgut Relliehausen können darüber hinaus im Verkaufsladen zu den Geschäftszeiten von Mittwoch bis Freitag ständig Fische erworben werden.
On Wednesday, 1 April 2026, all members of the University of Göttingen will once again have the opportunity to buy trout from the fish farm on the Relliehausen experimental estate. Smoked and fresh trout will be available in the entrance area of the central administration building at Goßlerstraße 5/7 from 10:00 to 11:30. It is not necessary to order in advance.
The trout weigh between 300 and 450 grams and are sold individually as well as in packs of two or three. The smoked trout costs 18 euros per kilogramme and the fresh trout 11 euros per kilogramme. At the Relliehausen experimental farm, fish can also be purchased at the shop during opening hours from Wednesday to Friday.
