Procedure for changing first names and/or gender entry
From now on, (doctoral) students can study and do their doctorate under their desired first name(s) and gender entry without an official change or civil registry certificate. The corresponding guideline was published in the “Amtliche Mitteilungen” on May 4, 2023. All information on the change procedure can be found here (unfortunately only in German).
