GAUSS emergency scholarship and family fund
Every student is eligible to apply for a GAUSS emergency scholarship as long as this would help to finalize the doctoral research. An emergency scholarship can be granted for up to three months and can be extended under exceptional circumstances.

Please note that our financial resources are limited and we cannot approve all funding requests. However, please do not hesitate to contact us in any case. Applications are considered all year round. You are also welcome to get in touch with us before submitting an application. We will do our best to support you during this difficult time or assist you in finding alternative financing possibilities.
