Informationen des Personalrats / Information from the Personalrat (staff council)
Der Personalrat der Universität Göttingen bedankt sich herzlich für die sehr rege Teilnahme an der Personalversammlung im November 2023. Die Präsentationen, die Ergebnisse der Umfrage zur mobilen Arbeit und die Antworten auf die digital gestellten Fragen sind jetzt auf den Seiten des Personalrats im Intranet zu finden.
Wir möchten uns erst einmal entschuldigen, dass es bei der Veranstaltung organisatorische und technische Pannen gab. Wir hatten uns verschätzt, wie sehr die Beschäftigten der Uni die Teilnahme an einer hybriden Personalversammlung nutzen würden. Tatsächlich gab es über 700 Anmeldungen für den Online-Raum, der leider mit einer Kapazität von 500 (durch die Lizenz begrenzt) nicht ausreichend groß war. Das werden wir im kommenden Jahr verbessern.
Ebenso werden wir uns im kommenden Jahr um eine bessere Übertragungsqualität der Vortragenden und der Präsentationen bemühen – auch wir lernen immer dazu. Zusätzlich werden wir ausführlicher und verständlicher erklären, bis zu welchem Zeitpunkt und wie genau die Anmeldung zur Teilnahme durchgeführt werden muss.

Das Heft PR-Info ist eine eigenständige Information, die sich zwar an die Inhalte der Personalversammlung anlehnt, aber viel mehr in die Tiefe geht und weitere Informationen liefert. Alle Themen werden noch einmal im Detail beleuchtet (und noch einiges mehr…), viel Spaß beim Schmökern.
Der Personalrat wünscht allen Beschäftigten und ihren Familien eine gesegnete Adventszeit, ein frohes Weihnachtsfest und einen guten und gesunden Rutsch ins Jahr 2024!
The Personalrat (staff council) of the University of Göttingen, which exists to represent the social and personal interests of all staff as it pertains to their work, sends thanks for the very active participation in the staff meeting in November 2023. The presentations, the results of the survey on mobile working, and the answers to the online questions can now be found on the Personalrat pages on the intranet here.
First of all, we would like to apologise for the organisational and technical glitches at the event. We had misjudged how many of the University’s staff would take advantage of this hybrid event. In fact, there were over 700 registrations for the online room, which unfortunately was not large enough as the capacity was limited to 500 due to the licence. We will improve this in the coming year.
We will also endeavour to improve the transmission quality of the speakers and presentations next year – we are always learning. In addition, we will explain in more detail and more clearly by when and how exactly registration for participation must be completed.

The PR-Info booklet is a stand-alone piece of information that is based on the content of the staff meeting, but goes into much more depth and provides further information.
