Neues aus der Personalentwicklung: Ausbildung von Brandschutzhelfer*innen / News from HR Development: Training for Fire Safety Assistants
Der betriebliche Brandschutz sieht neben der regelmäßigen Unterweisung aller Beschäftigten auch die Ausbildung von Brandschutzhelfer*innen vor. Für alle Interessierten gibt es in diesem Jahr wieder zwei Ausbildungstermine: am 9. Juni und am 18. August 2026.
Die Schulungen durch die Werkfeuerwehr der Universitätsmedizin Göttingen finden in Gruppen von bis zu 25 Personen auf dem Gelände der Feuerwache am Klinikum statt. Sie umfassen jeweils einen Theorie- und Praxisteil. Vermittelt werden grundlegende Kenntnisse zum vorbeugenden Brandschutz, zum Verhalten im Brandfall sowie praktische Übungen im Umgang mit Feuerlöscheinrichtungen.
Im Anschluss ist eine einrichtungsinterne Einweisung durch die jeweiligen Vorgesetzten vorgesehen. Eine Auffrischung der Ausbildung wird in Abständen von drei bis fünf Jahren empfohlen. Die Anmeldungen finden wie gewohnt über das Qualifizierungsportal statt.
In addition to regular training for all employees, the company’s fire safety program also includes training for fire safety assistants. For anyone interested, there will be two training sessions this year, on 9 June and 18 August 2026.
Both sessions are conducted by the UMG plant fire department and will take place in groups of up to 25 people on the grounds of the fire station at the hospital. Each session includes both a theoretical and a practical component. The training covers basic knowledge of preventive fire safety, proper behaviour in the event of a fire, and practical exercises in the use of fire extinguishing equipment.
Following the training, an internal orientation by the respective supervisors is scheduled. A refresher course is recommended every three to five years. Registration takes place as usual via the Qualification Portal.
