Forellenverkauf am 16. April 2025 / Trout sale on 16 April 2025
Pünktlich zu Ostern verkauft unser Versuchsgut Relliehausen wieder frische und geräucherte Forellen. Der Verkauf findet am Mittwoch, 16. April 2025 , in der Zeit von 10 bis 11 Uhr im Eingangsbereich des Zentralverwaltungsgebäudes Goßlerstraße 5/7 statt. Eine Vorbestellung ist nicht notwendig.
Die Forellen liegen im Gewichtsbereich von 320 bis 380 Gramm und sind damit etwas schwerer als beim vergangenen Mal. Die geräucherten Forellen kosten 18 Euro pro Kilogramm, die frischen Forellen kosten 11 Euro pro Kilogramm. Sie werden in Dreier- oder Zweiersortierung und einzeln angeboten. Da die Nachfrage im vergangenen Jahr sehr hoch war, wurde dieses Mal eine größere Menge an Forellen bestellt.
Just in time for Easter, our Relliehausen experimental farm is once again selling fresh and smoked trout. The sale will take place on Wednesday, 16 April 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 in the entrance area of the central administration building at Goßlerstraße 5/7. Pre-ordering is not necessary.
The trout weigh between 320 and 380 g and are therefore slightly heavier than last time. The smoked trout cost 18 euros per kilogramme, the fresh trout cost 11 euros per kilogramme. They are offered in 3-piece or 2-piece assortments and individually. As demand was very high last year, a larger quantity of trout was ordered this time.
