Mitgliederversammlung / general meeting
Wann: 17. Juni, 2025, 14:00 Uhr, Konferenzraum der GSGG (Raum 0.101, Friedländer Weg 2)
Am Dienstag, 17. Juni, findet ab 14:00 Uhr (s.t.) unsere jährliche Mitgliederversammlung statt. Neben einem Rechenschaftsbericht der Geschäftsstelle über Initiativen und Aktivitäten der GSGG steht bei der Mitgliederversammlung die Wahl der Promovierendenvertreter*innen im Vorstand an. Wenn Sie Interesse an einer Kandidatur für das Amt der/des Promovierendenvertreter*in haben, setzen Sie sich bitte bis zum 3. Juni 2025 mit der Geschäftsstelle in Verbindung.
Um die Wahl durchführen zu können, benötigen wir ein Quorum von 5 % aller promovierenden Mitglieder (zurzeit ca. 380). Daher werden wir im Vorfeld der Veranstaltung freundlich insistieren.

When: June 17, 2025, 2 p.m., GSGG conference room (room 0.101, Friedländer Weg 2)
On Tuesday, June 17, starting at 2 p.m. (s.t.), our annual general meeting will take place. In addition to a report from the GSGG office on the initiatives and activities of the GSGG, the general meeting will also include the election of the doctoral representatives on the board. If you are interested in running for the office of the PhD representative, please contact the office by June 3, 2025.
In order to hold the election, we need a quorum of 5% of all PhD members (currently about 380). Therefore, we will kindly insist in advance of the event.
