You will develop your personal &#8222;habit plan&#8220; to support you in being more balanced, focused, and energetic in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>In the second part, you will take a closer look at your inner voices and beliefs: What strengthens you \u2013 and what holds you back?
