Call for Applications: GSO Leadership Academy 9 (Deadline: 22.04.2025)
GSO – Guidance, Skills & Opportunities for Researchers e.V. (formerly known as German Scholars Organizaiton e.V.), an independent nonprofit based in Berlin, is awarding 25 fellowships for German-speaking early and mid-career researchers from all disciplines.
Program Highlights:
- Workshops: Two in-person phases in Berlin and Heidelberg led by experienced trainers – offering you an interactive curriculum on career development, leadership skills, and hands-on tools and knowledge for your next career step.
- Additional Activities: Several excursions to interesting venues help you to take a glimpse beyond the usual academic bubble.
- Networking: Engage with peers, mentors, and professionals from academia and other sectors.
- Individual Coaching: Personalized guidance to achieve your career goals.
Each fellowship covers program participation, travel, and accommodation expenses. The program is open to German-speaking researchers, regardless of citizenship, who have been conducting research abroad or in Germany for no longer than 18 months and are committed to pursuing leadership roles in academia, industry, or other sectors.
There is a one-off commitment fee of €150.00 for the selected Fellows.
