Funding Opportunities and Prizes

The Boehringer Ingelheim Fund awards scholarships to outstanding young scientists worldwide for ambitious scientific doctoral theses in basic biomedical research conducted in internationally renowned laboratories. In addition to the monthly stipend, the fund provides seminars, travel grants for congresses and courses, a worldwide network, and individual and personal support. Fellowships are for two years, renewable for 1.5 additional years. Read more
