(start 28 Oct 2024)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We would like to draw your attention to the Lectures series \u201cCurrent Topics in Biophysics and Complex Systems\u201d which is offered by the GGNB PhD Program \u201cPhysics of Biological and Complex Systems\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lecture series is open to <strong>all interested Master\/PhD students of the natural Sciences!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lecture will be held in presence, a prior registration by email to <a href=\"mailto:imprs-pbcs@gwdg.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">imprs-pbcs@gwdg.de<\/a> is appreciated but not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mondays <\/strong>from <strong>10:15-11:45 h, <\/strong>the full program is attached<strong>!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Start: 28<sup>th<\/sup> October 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prof. Dr. Andreas Janshoff, Institute for Physical Chemistry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AFM in the Life Sciences: from Topography to Single Molecule Mechanics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lecture series offers a broad overview of the methods used in biophysics and related disciplines<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>from experimental to theoretical,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>from spectroscopy to whole-cell manipulations,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>from microscopy and nanoscopy to the simulation of complex systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This &#8220;methods in a nutshell&#8221;
