The award also includes prize money of 1.000 \u20ac and can only be won by individual students. Candidates studying at the University of G\u00f6ttingen wanting to apply must fulfil the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>above-average academic achievements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exemplary unpaid social commitment, in particular on an intercultural basis and preferably in G\u00f6ttingen, at the University<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>non-German nationality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>obtained the secondary school leaving certificate abroad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enrolled on a standard course at G\u00f6ttingen University (guest studies not eligible)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>currently in an advanced stage of their studies, i.e. at least in the second year of study within an undergraduate study programme\/doctorate, or in the second semester of a master&#8217;s programme, and still due to be enrolled until the end of October 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application deadline:<\/strong> <strong>15 October 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Further information and application form:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-goettingen.de\/en\/689526.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.uni-goettingen.de\/en\/689526.html<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please send your complete application (application form, letter of motivation, transcript of records, letter of reference for the DAAD Prize from a supervisor or academic advisor, proofs of commitment)  to <a href=\"mailto:international.study@uni-goettingen.de\">international.study@uni-goettingen.de<\/a> (date of receipt).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD)<\/strong> awards funds to universities each year as part of the DAAD Prize for outstanding academic achievements by international students.
