The workshop is particularly aimed at young researchers and doctoral students who &#8211; after potentially presenting their own work and ideas &#8211; can discuss with experts from other fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mini-Workshop is intended as a discussion forum to generate new ideas, and it is suited also for &#8220;external&#8221; scientists that work in the field of simulations and look for partners or feedback. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deadline for submission of abstracts for talks and posters: <strong>15 June 2024 <\/strong><br><br><strong>Keynote speakers for the workshop:<\/strong><br>&#8211; Prof. Dr. Anita Sch\u00f6bel (Director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Mathematics, Kaiserslautern)<br>&#8211; Prof. Dr. Alexander Ecker (Professor of Data Science at the Bernstein Center for Computational Neuroscience, University of G\u00f6ttingen)<br>&#8211; Prof. Dr.-Ing.
