{"id":2512,"date":"2025-12-19T10:36:27","date_gmt":"2025-12-19T09:36:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.uni-goettingen.de\/gauss\/?p=2512"},"modified":"2026-01-30T15:26:45","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T14:26:45","slug":"save-the-date-neurizons-conference-2026-19-22-may-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.uni-goettingen.de\/gauss\/2025\/12\/19\/save-the-date-neurizons-conference-2026-19-22-may-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Save the date: Neurizons Conference 2026 (19-22 May 2026)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We are delighted to share that the 12th Biennial Neurizons Conference, organized by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/uni-goettingen.de\/en\/663688.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IMPRS for Neurosciences<\/a>\u00a0students, will take place from\u00a0<strong>19 to 22 of May 2026<\/strong>\u00a0at the MPI-NAT, Fa\u00dfberg Campus, G\u00f6ttingen.\u00a0<strong>Please reserve the dates.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year an exceptional group of scientists from the fields of Clinical Neurosciences, Molecular &amp; Cellular Neuroscience, Systems &amp; Cognitive Neuroscience, Theoretical &amp; Computational Neuroscience, and Emerging Techniques in Neuroscience will be welcomed as plenary speakers. Confirmed speakers include Prof. Ilka Diester, Prof. Sheila Nirenberg, Prof. Frank Winkler, Prof. Pieter Roelfsema, Prof. Gustavo Deco, Prof. Helen Barron, and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference will also include a Career Fair, bringing together professionals who have built careers outside academia, as well as professional development workshops focused on navigating and succeeding both within and beyond academia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As in previous years, there will be Poster Sessions and Young Scientist Talks, providing early-career researchers with opportunities to present their work and engage with peers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration will be open from 1 January to 12 April 2026<\/strong>. Early bird registration is from 1 January to 31 January 2026.
