The aim of FameLab is to encourage young scientists to inspire and excite the public\u2019s imagination with a vision of science in the 21st century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>On stage:<\/strong> Candidates have just <strong>three minutes<\/strong> to present their topic to a panel of expert judges and to win over the non-scientific audience by being entertaining and original as well as scientifically accurate. (Presentations can be held in <strong>German<\/strong> or <strong>English<\/strong>.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Win great prizes!<\/strong> The winner and runner-up of FameLab\u2019s regional heats will win <strong>300 \u20ac \/ 200 \u20ac<\/strong> and both attend an <strong>exclusive Training on Science-Communication and Media<\/strong> (12\/13 June 2026), after which you\u2019ll be ready for the FameLab Germany final on <strong>1 July<\/strong> in Bielefeld.
