Dear late-stage PhD candidates and postdocs,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
the University of G\u00f6ttingen is offering a Career Coaching<\/strong> and a Mentoring Programme<\/strong> for female postdocs and in case of the mentoring also for female doctoral candidates <\/strong>(in their final year<\/em>) <\/strong>at G\u00f6ttingen Campus, designed to accompany young female researchers through this phase of their development. The programmes contribute to increasing the proportion of women in science and especially in scientific leadership positions in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Both programmes start in March 2026 with a duration of one year.
