Please be aware of the relevant regulations when submitting manuscripts. These funding limits typically apply even when a publishing agreement includes a discount on article processing charges (APCs). However, it is important to note that communication during the submission process may sometimes be misleading, as publishers may not be aware of the internal distribution of costs within institutions, or this information may not be presented individually for each institution.
