The aim is to increase the number of women in leading positions in Academia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program is based on three elements: Mentoring, Training and Networking. It focuses on a one-to-one mentoring relationship, combined with peer coaching. Mentors are established professors or group leaders of the G\u00f6ttingen Campus. They will share valuable knowledge and experience with the mentees and support them through their professional and personal decision-making processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new round of the mentoring program starts in <strong>March 2025<\/strong> with a duration of one year.
