It focuses particularly on researchers in the early stages of their academic careers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, European as well as international perspectives and practices are taken into<br>consideration to showcase and discuss alternative approaches of academic support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How can working conditions in academia be improved, and how can university management and<br>policymakers work together more effectively to achieve this?
