It aims to foster creativity, independence and career development by encouraging interdisciplinary perspectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fellowships have a <strong>duration of three years<\/strong>. Funding includes up to <strong>12,000\u20ac in total for individual research support and networking<\/strong>. The funds can be used flexibly for research stays, conference attendance, further training, event organization, procurement of research materials, data collection, open-access publications, and activities in science communication.
