The LMU Open Science Center<\/a> is organising a hybrid 5-day Open Science Summer School on 15-19 September 2025<\/strong> to allow early career researchers of any scientific discipline to gain more trust in the research that they do, and make it as credible, reproducible, and transparent as it can be in the eyes of their peers, the public, and funding agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Summer School will consist of public lectures and hands-on workshops for selected applicants. This year\u2019s iteration has two tracks to provide participants with two sets of skills: Track 1 \u201cOpen Science knowledge and skills\u201d<\/strong> and Track 2 \u201cOpen Science instructor training\u201d<\/strong>. The in-person part of the school will take place at the Philologicum Library (Ludwigstra\u00dfe 25, Munich)<\/strong>. The online part will be via Zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By registering, you will get a confirmation email with a Zoom Webinar link. You can request to receive a certificate of attendance if you attend all seven lectures while signed-in to Zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recording of the lectures, slides, and workshops material will be made accessible on the Open Science Framework repository under a CC BY 4.0 licence during the summer school and will be accessible anytime afterwards.
