The German Research Foundation (DFG)<\/strong> is initiating the 11th Young Investigators Academy for Medical Technology (NAMT)<\/a> under the motto \u201cInnovative Medical Imaging in Inflammation\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the Young Investigator Academies is to prepare scientists at an early stage of their careers to carry out independent research projects and to introduce them to the management of their first DFG project. The aim is to attract outstanding scientists to interdisciplinary research approaches as early as possible in order to remedy the shortage of excellently trained young scientists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program is designed for researchers in the natural sciences and medicine <\/strong>who have recently completed their PhD or are about to<\/strong>, have not yet received DFG funding, want to stay in academia, and would like to develop their own project that fits this theme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can apply to participate in the academy and benefit from training, networking, career development. The academy events will be organized by Charite Universit\u00e4tsmedizin Berlin and M\u00fcnster for January 2026.
