Contracts are guaranteed for three years at least and you will have access to a targeted mentoring program, career workshops (academia, industry, etnrepreneurship), career development and coaching offers provided by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpg.de\/career\/planck-academy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Planck Academy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications are accepted twice a year &#8211; on 1 March and 1 September. Each call for applications will remain open for six weeks. This structured approach aligns with international standards and better matches the timelines when potential candidates complete their degrees and seek their next career step.
