The program is meant to promote scientific excellence in clinically-oriented biomedical research by early-phase postdocs and foster their integration into both the local and international contexts. Ultimately, the program aspires to render its fellows competitive for third-party funding acquisition and\/or for independent positions. The fellows will be hired on full time basis for 36 months (up to 12 months extension possible).
