The program is designed to accompany young female researchers through this phase of their development and help them advance their academic career in a more targeted way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It provides training and coaching in key academic skills as well as practical career relevant knowledge relating to international science management, research funding, leadership skills, appointment procedures and networking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program starts in March 2025 and has a duration of one year.
