Dank der vielen wertvollen Impulse und Erfahrungswerte aus dem Onboarding-Alltag ist ein praktischer Begleiter für neue Kolleg*innen entstanden, der wichtige Informationen für den Einstieg an unserer Universität an einem Ort bündelt. Ganz nach dem Motto „Aus der Praxis für die Praxis“ ist das Handbuch ein lebendiges Projekt: Welches Wissen fehlt noch? Welcher Insider-Tipp gehört unbedingt rein?
Feedback und Ideen an onboarding@uni-goettingen.de sind weiterhin herzlich willkommen, um einen gelungenen Arbeitsstart an der Universität zu unterstützen! Das Onboarding-Handbuch wird demnächst auch auf englisch verfügbar sein.

Thanks to the many valuable insights and experiences shared by colleagues involved in onboarding, a practical guide has been created to help new employees get started. It brings together important information for starting out at our university in one place. Following the motto “From practice, for practice,” the handbook is a living project: What information is still missing? Which insider tip definitely needs to be included?
