Führung neu gedacht – Leadership Forum geht in die zweite Runde / Rethinking Leadership – Leadership Forum Enters Its Second Round
Neue Rolle, neue Verantwortung – und plötzlich viele offene Fragen: Was bedeutet gute Führung für mich persönlich? Wie entwickle ich meine Rolle weiter – und wie hebe ich die Stärken meines Teams? Führung an der Universität bedeutet vielerlei: Orientierung geben, Kommunikation gestalten und Entwicklung ermöglichen.
Genau hier setzt das Leadership Forum an, ein neues partizipatives Format, das 2026/27 weitergeführt wird. In dem einjährigen Programm entwickeln neue Führungskräfte ihre Kompetenzen gezielt weiter: in praxisnahen Modulen, durch inspirierende Impulsvorträge und im vertrauensvollen Austausch mit Kolleg*innen, die vor denselben Herausforderungen stehen. Den Abschluss bildet ein Kaminabend mit dem Präsidium – inklusive Zertifikat.
Die Auftaktveranstaltung der zweiten Kohorte findet am 29. September 2026 statt. Die Teilnehmendenzahl ist auf 14 Personen begrenzt. Ausführliche Informationen zu Inhalten, Ablauf und Bewerbungsmodalitäten finden sich im Qualifikationsportal.
A new role, new responsibilities – and suddenly so many unanswered questions: What does good leadership mean to me personally? How do I further develop my role – and how do I bring out the strengths of my team? Leadership at the university encompasses many things: providing direction, shaping communication, and fostering development. This is exactly where the Leadership Forum comes in, a new participatory format that will be continued in 2026/27.
In this one-year programme, new leaders will develop their skills in a targeted manner: through practical modules, inspiring keynote presentations, and open dialogue with colleagues facing the same challenges. The program concludes with a fireside evening with the Executive Board – including a certificate.
