Enlight: offene Sprechstunde zu Ausschreibungen und Kurs für Studierende / Open consultation hours on calls for proposals and courses for students
Das europäische Hochschulnetzwerk Enlight lädt zu einer offenen Sprechstunde zu den Incubator Grants und Enlight+ Calls ein. Der Kurs für Studierende zum Thema „Maschinelles Übersetzen“ findet im März statt und nicht wie ursprünglich geplant im Februar.
Sprechstunde: Enlight-Team berät über Enlight Incubator Grant und Enlight+ Calls
Das Enlight-Team der Universität Göttingen lädt am Mittwoch, 11. März 2026, von 11.30 bis 13.30 Uhr zur offenen Beratungssprechstunde zum Enlight Incubator Grant und zu den Enlight+ Calls ein. Die Sprechstunde findet im Digital Creative Space in der Zentralbibliothek der SUB statt. Beide Förderlinien unterstützen die Entwicklung gemeinsamer internationaler Lehr- und Lernangebote sowie kleine, inklusive und nachhaltige Initiativen mit Enlight-Partneruniversitäten und die Anbahnung von Kooperationen. Der Incubator Grant Call wird Anfang März 2026 veröffentlicht und ist bis zum 15. Mai 2026 geöffnet. Bewerbungen im Enlight+ Call können fortlaufend zu drei Fristen im Jahr (nächste Frist am 30. Juni 2026) angenommen werden. In Vorbereitung auf eine mögliche Antragsstellung lädt das Enlight-Team herzlich ein, sich individuell zu Fördermöglichkeiten beraten zu lassen und Fragen zu den Calls direkt zu besprechen.

Neues Startdatum: Kurs für Studierende über maschinelles Übersetzen
Studierende sind herzlich eingeladen zu einem Kurs im Rahmen des Enlight Programms „trAIns“. Die Teilnehmenden beschäftigen sich mit dem bewussten und verantwortungsvollen Einsatz von KI-gestützter Übersetzung in mehrsprachiger Kommunikation. In virtuellen, interkulturellen Teams setzen sich Studierende der Enlight-Universitäten damit auseinander, wie maschinelle Übersetzung funktioniert, welche Potenziale und Risiken sie birgt und wie sie kritisch genutzt werden kann, ohne Fremdsprachenlernen zu untergraben. Ziel ist die Entwicklung eines virtuellen Lernpfads, der später allen Universitäten des Netzwerks zur Verfügung steht. Für die Anmeldung ist ein Motivationsschreiben an diana.koppelt@uni-goettingen.de notwendig. Der Kurs findet mittwochs vom 11. März bis zum 22. April 2026 statt.

Open Consultation about Enlight Incubator Grant and Enlight+ Calls
The Enlight team at the University of Göttingen warmly invites you to an open consultation on Wednesday, 11 March, from 11:30 to 13:30, to discuss the Enlight Incubator Grant and Enlight+ Calls. These funding opportunities support the development of joint international teaching and learning initiatives, as well as small, inclusive, and sustainable projects with Enlight partner universities, and help foster new collaborations across the network. The Incubator Grant Call will be published at the beginning of March and remains open until 15 May 2026. Applications for the Enlight+ Call can be submitted continuously throughout the year with three deadlines, the next being 30 June 2026. This consultation session is the perfect opportunity to receive individual guidance on funding possibilities and to discuss any questions about the calls directly with the Enlight team. It takes place in the Digital Creative Space of our Central Library, Platz der Göttinger Sieben 1.

New start date: Course for Students about AI-supported Translation
Students are cordially invited to attend a course as part of the Enlight programme „trAIns“. Participants will explore the conscious and responsible use of AI-supported translation in multilingual communication. In virtual, intercultural teams, students from Enlight Universities will explore how machine translation works, what potential and risks it holds and how it can be used critically without undermining foreign language learning. The aim is to develop a virtual learning path that will later be available to all universities in the network. To register, a letter of motivation must be sent to diana.koppelt@uni-goettingen.de. The course will take place on Wednesdays from 11 March to 22 April 2026.
