Open Science Meet-up: National infrastructures for FAIR research data (NFDIs) in a nutshell
Das Open Science Meet-up am Montag, 2. März 2026, thematisiert die Nationale Forschungsdateninfrastruktur (NFDI) in Deutschland. Es richtet sich an alle Interessierten Universitätsangehörigen, findet online statt und beginnt um 13 Uhr.
Forschungsdaten sollen auffindbar, zugänglich, interoperabel und wiederverwendbar sein (FAIR-Grundsätze), und zwar so offen wie möglich und so geschlossen wie nötig. Das Meeting diskutiert die Möglichkeiten der NFDI-Dienste.
The next Open Science meet up takes place on Monday, 2 March 2026, starting at 13:00, online via Zoom.
Managing research data depends on infrastructures and support to make these tasks possible and easy for researchers. Overall, this aims at making research data findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable (FAIR principles), and as open as possible while as closed as necessary.
In this session, the discussion is about concrete data infrastructures which are offered at the national level, via Germany’s National Research Data Infrastructure (Nationale Forschungsdateninfrastruktur, NFDI). The meeting aims at interested students and staff from our University.
