Lifelong Learning Course: Humor als Kommunikationsinstrument im Gesundheitswesen / Humor as a Communication Tool in Healthcare
Dieser Enlight-Kurs vermittelt, wie Humor Kommunikation stärken, Stress reduzieren und Vertrauen im Gesundheitswesen und Alltag aufbauen kann. Teilnehmen können alle Personen ab 18 Jahren, insbesondere Fachkräfte, Studierende und Interessierte aus dem Gesundheits- und Sozialbereich.
Der Kurs wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit professionellen Klinikclowns entwickelt. Die Teilnehmenden lernen, die psychologischen, physiologischen, kognitiven und sozialen Effekte von Humor zu nutzen, praxisnahe Kommunikationsstrategien anzuwenden und Humor als professionelle Fähigkeit und Selbstfürsorge einzusetzen. Der Kurs umfasst einen Online-Teil (April bis Mai 2026) und einen optional wählbaren Präsenz-Workshop in Bratislava im Juni 2026. Bewerbungen sind bis zum 31. März 2026 möglich.
Discover how humor can strengthen communication, reduce stress, and build trust in healthcare and everyday interactions. This free Enlight course was developed in collaboration with professional healthcare clowns. It is open to all interested individuals aged 18 and over, especially professionals, students, and anyone working or interested in the healthcare and social care sectors.
Participants will learn to apply the psychological, physiological, cognitive, and social effects of humor, develop practical communication strategies, and use humor as both a professional skill and a tool for self-care. The course includes an online part (April and May 2026) and an optional on-site workshop in Bratislava in June 2026. The application deadline is 31 March 2026.
