39-22222: Neue Rufnummer der Infoline / New telephone number for the Infoline
Die Infoline der Abteilung Studium und Lehre ist ab sofort unter der Rufnummer 39-22222 erreichbar. Hintergrund vom Abschied von der langjährigen Nummer 39-113 ist die perspektivisch geplante Einführung einer bundesweiten neuen „Notrufnummer 113“ für Menschen in psychischen Krisen und deren Angehörige.
Intern wird bis zum Frühjahr 2027 die 39-113 auf die neue Nummer 39-22222 umgeleitet. Sollte die alte Nummer noch auf Printmedien stehen, ist die Erreichbarkeit also gesichert. Bitte achten Sie aber darauf, ab sofort nur noch die neue Infoline-Nummer zu nutzen und Webseiten, Textbausteine und Signaturen entsprechend anzupassen. Bitte geben Sie eine Rückmeldung an das Team von Studium und Lehre, falls Ihnen die alte Nummer noch irgendwo auf der Homepage begegnet, damit dies geändert werden kann.
The Infoline of the Department of Studies and Teaching can now be reached at 39-22222. The background to the departure from the long-standing number 39-113 is the planned introduction of a new nationwide „emergency number 113“ for people in mental health crises and their relatives.
Internally, 39-113 will be redirected to the new number 39-22222 by spring 2027. If the old number is still on existing print media, accessibility is therefore guaranteed.
