CIDAS-Marktplatz für Projekt- und Abschlussarbeiten / CIDAS Marketplace for theses
Das Campus-Institut Data Science (CIDAS) veranstaltet am Donnerstag, 6. Juni 2024, den „CIDAS-Marktplatz für Abschluss- und Projektarbeiten“ im Foyer der Fakultät für Geowissenschaften und Geographie, Goldschmidtstraße 3-5. Beginn ist um 15 Uhr.
Dozent*innen und Wissenschaftler*innen können mögliche Themen für Abschlussarbeiten (Bachelor- und Masterarbeiten) und Projekte mit Bezug zur Data Science präsentieren und mit interessierten Studierenden ins Gespräch kommen. Studierende haben die Möglichkeit, eine Abschlussarbeit in ihrem Interessengebiet zu finden.
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende der Data Science, Informatik und Statistik sowie an alle Data-Science-Interessierten aus den Anwendungsfächern und darüber hinaus. Sie bietet zudem eine gute Gelegenheit, sich über die Forschung anderer Gruppen zu informieren und sich mit Kolleg*innen des Göttingen Campus auszutauschen.

On Thursday, 6 June 2024, the Campus Institute Data Science (CIDAS) will organise the „CIDAS Marketplace for Theses“ in the foyer of the Faculty of Geosciences and Geography, Goldschmidtstraße 3-5. Start is at 15:00.
Lecturers and scientists can present possible topics for theses (Bachelor’s and Master’s theses) and projects related to data science and talk to interested students. The aim is to give students the opportunity to find a thesis in their field of interest.
The event is aimed at students of Data Science, Computer Science and Statistics as well as all those interested in Data Science from the application disciplines. In addition, the marketplace offers a good opportunity to le learn about the research of other groups and to exchange ideas with colleagues from the Göttingen Campus.
