Partielle Sonnenfinsternis und vieles mehr am Himmel / Partial solar eclipse and much more in the sky
Partielle Sonnenfinsternis und Abendhimmel, Vorträge und Planeten-Shows: Unser Institut für Astrophysik und Geophysik bietet gemeinsam mit dem Max-Planck-Institut für Sonnensystemforschung (MPS) und dem Förderkreis Planetarium Göttingen am Sonnabend, 29. März 2025, ein volles Programm für Astronomiebegeisterte an.
Bei gutem Wetter haben die Besucher*innen von 11 bis 13.30 Uhr am Institut für Astrophysik und Geophysik und am MPS die Möglichkeit, mit Teleskopen und Heliotrop die partielle Sonnenfinsternis risikolos zu verfolgen. Am Abend lassen sich dann ab 19.30 Uhr im Astrophysik-Institut unter anderem Jupiter, Mars und der Orionnebel am Himmel beobachten. Dazwischen gibt es am MPS Shows im mobilen Planetarium und Vorträge.

Partial solar eclipse and evening sky, lectures and planetary shows: Our Institute of Astrophysics and Geophysics, together with the Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research (MPS) and the Göttingen Planetarium Society, is offering a full programme for astronomy enthusiasts on Saturday, 29 March 2025.
Weather permitting, visitors to the Institute of Astrophysics and Geophysics and the MPS will have the opportunity to observe the partial solar eclipse risk-free with telescopes and heliotrope from 11:00 to 13:30. In the evening, from 19:30, Jupiter, Mars and the Orion Nebula, among others, can be observed in the sky at the Institute of Astrophysics. In between, there will be shows in the mobile planetarium and lectures at the MPS.
