Zertifikatsprogramm Hochschuldidaktik / Certificate programme „Teaching and Learning in Higher Education“ (in German)
Lehrende können sich noch bis zum 19. März 2025 für das Zertifikatsprogramm Hochschuldidaktik anmelden. Zwei Semester lang beschäftigen Sie sich in einer festen Gruppe von Kolleg*innen mit Themen wie Lehren, Lernen, Kommunizieren, Präsentieren, Prüfen und Beraten.
Teilnehmende profitieren vom intensiven kollegialen Austausch in den interaktiven Workshops, den kollegialen Beratungsgesprächen und Lehrhospitationen. Sie erhalten zudem Informationen zum Stand der wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnis im Bereich der Lehr-Lernforschung durch das Hochschuldidaktik-Team. Wer das Programm erfolgreich absolviert, erhält ein Zertifikat, das lebenslaufwirksam zum Nachweis der pädagogischen Eignung für weitere akademische Stellen eingesetzt werden kann. Das Zertifikatsprogramm Hochschuldidaktik ist akkreditiert.
The accredited Certificate Programme „Teaching and Learning in Higher Education“ (Hochschuldidaktik) will once again offer teaching scientists at the University of Göttingen the opportunity to study basic theories and concepts of academic (and adult) teaching and learning, communicating and presenting, assessing and advising. The programme takes approximately two semesters. Participants benefit not only from the intensive exchange of experiences, from peer-to-peer consultations and teaching observations, but also from the information provided by the Hochschuldidaktik-Team on the state of art in the field of academic and adult teaching and learning.
The course language is German and the course is conversation-heavy, however written assignments can be handed in in English. Upon successful completion of the programme, participants receive a certificate that can be used in application processes for other academic positions.
