Änderungen in der Beauftragung von Telefonie und Mobilfunk ab dem 13. Mai 2024 / Changes in the commissioning of telephony and mobile communications from 13 May 2024
Änderungen in der Beauftragung rund um die Telefonie und Mobilfunk: Ab Montag, 13. Mai 2024, sind Telefonanträge (Neueinrichtungen, Löschungen, Änderungen, Austausch von Telefonen, Voice-Boxen usw.) nur noch per Lucom-Formular möglich („Änderung eines Telefonanschlusses“). Auch Mobilfunkanträge (Neuverträge, Tarifänderungen, Handyupgrade usw.) sind dann nur noch per Lucom-Formular möglich („Änderung eines Mobilfunkanschlusses“).
Anträge per Telefon, Fax, Post, eingescanntem Dokument oder E-Mail werden ab dem 13. Mai 2024 nicht mehr angenommen. Für Fragen rund um die Telefonie stehen weiterhin die bekannten Kontakte telefon@uni-goettingen.de und mobilfunk@uni-goettingen.de zur Verfügung.

Applications by telephone, fax, post, scanned document or e-mail will no longer be accepted from 13 May 13 2024. The familiar contacts telefon@uni-goettingen.de and mobilfunk@uni-goettingen.de will continue to be available for questions relating to telephony.
